Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid features and transactions on the RentCeleb platform operated by SALK AI PRIVATE LIMITED. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Subscription and platform-access fees are billed in advance for the chosen term (monthly or annual) and are non-refundable once the term has begun, except where required by applicable law.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or by writing to support@salk.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Where a brand funds a deal through the platform, funds are held until the deliverable conditions defined in the executed contract are met. If both parties agree in writing to cancel a deal before delivery, funds (less applicable processing and platform fees) will be returned to the paying party within 7–14 business days.

Once a celebrity has delivered the contracted likeness usage rights or the brand has commenced campaign use, the engagement is treated as fulfilled and payments become non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed breach by the counterparty.

If you believe a deal has not been performed as agreed, raise a dispute within 14 days of the alleged breach by writing to support@salk.ai with the deal ID, executed contract, and evidence supporting your claim. We will review the materials and, where appropriate, mediate a resolution.

SALK AIis not a party to the contract between celebrity and brand, and the decisions we make in respect of mediated disputes are operational only — they do not waive either party’s rights to pursue legal remedies.

Initiating a chargeback for a transaction without first attempting resolution through our support team may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. We will provide your payment provider with the contract, signature record, and platform logs as evidence.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary; most refunds arrive within 5–10 business days after we initiate them. Currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or card network are non-refundable.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply to transactions entered into after the updated effective date posted on this page.
