By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed), role (celebrity, brand, agent), and profile details you submit during onboarding.
- Identity & verification data: government-issued identification, talent representation proof, business registration documents, and KYC details where required by law.
- Likeness & content data: biographical information, photographs, voice samples, video clips, and similar materials you upload to license your likeness.
- Transactional data: contracts generated, deal terms, payments, invoices, tax information, and signature records.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device identifiers, browser type, IP address, approximate location, and timestamps.
- Communications: messages exchanged on the platform, support tickets, and feedback.
3.How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- create and operate your account and verify your identity;
- list celebrity profiles, match brands with talent, and facilitate negotiation and contract generation;
- process payments, payouts, taxes, and reconcile transactions with our payment partners;
- send e-signature requests and store completed contracts via third-party providers (e.g. eSignatures.com);
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, and other unlawful activity;
- improve, secure, and develop the Services, including through analytics and product research;
- comply with applicable legal obligations, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and tax laws of India.
4.Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the activity and your jurisdiction, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; protection of vital interests; or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
7.International Transfers
We are headquartered in India and may process information in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country. Where required, we put contractual and technical safeguards in place for cross-border transfers.
8.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and contract-record retention), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

11.Children
