Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the conduct and content that is prohibited on the RentCeleb platform operated by SALK AI PRIVATE LIMITED. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Services.

• Do not list, license, or generate content using the likeness of any person without that person’s clear authority. Celebrity accounts must be operated by the celebrity or their authorised representative.
• Do not impersonate any individual, business, or public official, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.

• Sexually explicit content, especially any content sexualising or exploiting minors. This is grounds for immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Content that depicts a real person in a manner designed to deceive, defame, harass, blackmail, or threaten them.
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, content promoting terrorism or extremism, or content that targets protected groups.
• Election manipulation, political deepfakes designed to mislead voters, or false statements about public officials.
• Endorsements for products or services without the depicted person’s authorisation in the underlying contract.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our written permission, except via our responsible disclosure channels.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Services, including by automated scraping, bots, or denial of service.
• Do not bypass payment, e-signature, identity verification, or rate limits.

• Do not use the Services to launder funds or evade taxes, sanctions, or trade controls.
• Do not knowingly enter into contracts you do not intend to perform.
• Do not circumvent the platform to avoid platform fees on deals originated through RentCeleb.

If you become aware of a violation, please report it to legal@salk.ai with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

We may, in our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts, and report violations to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. Our enforcement actions are without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to us or to affected third parties.
